摘要

变电站作为电力系统的重要组成部分,其稳定和高效运行对整个电网的安全和可靠性至关重要.随着人工智能技术的发展,神经网络能够学习和模拟变电站运行中的非线性和高维度数据,从而实现故障预测和健康状态评估.文章详细探讨基于神经网络的变电运行状态监测系统的设计,从系统架构设计、数据收集与处理、神经网络模型的选择与训练到神经网络的集成与实施,全面阐述利用先进的神经网络技术增强变电站监测系统的能力,并通过系统测试验证该设计的有效性.

Abstract

As an important part of power system,the stable and efficient operation of substation is very important to the safety and reliability of the whole power grid.With the development of artificial intelligence technology,neural network can learn and simulate nonlinear and high-dimensional data in substation operation,so as to realize fault prediction and health status assessment.This paper discusses the design of substation operation state monitoring system based on neural network in detail,from system architecture design,data collection and processing,selection and training of neural network model to integration and implementation of neural network,comprehensively expounds the use of advanced neural network technology to enhance the ability of substation monitoring system,and verifies the effectiveness of the design through system testing.
