Design and Performance Optimization of Rectifier Modules for Communication Equipment Based on High-Frequency Switching Power Supplies
This paper focuses on the design and performance optimization of rectifier modules for communication equipment based on high-frequency switching power supplies,aiming to propose an efficient and stable power solution.A Direct Current/Direct Current(DC/DC)conversion circuit is designed to achieve the transformation and stable output of the direct current voltage.Furthermore,multiple monitoring circuits,including distribution monitoring circuits,insulation monitoring circuits,and main monitoring circuits,are designed to comprehensively monitor and manage the operation status of the rectifier module,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.Finally,through the optimization adjustment of Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)frequency and duty cycle,the optimal parameter configuration is determined to obtain stable and low-ripple output voltage.These research results provide a reliable power solution for communication equipment and have significant practical application value.
