Design of Intelligent Status Monitoring System for Thermal Power Unit Equipment Based on 5G Communication
This paper proposes a design scheme of an intelligent condition monitoring system based on 5G communication to address the problems such as the difficulty in monitoring the equipment condition of thermal power units and the untimely fault diagnosis.This system adopts a hierarchical architecture,consisting of the application layer,network layer and perception layer.The simulation experiment results show that the system demonstrates excellent performance in aspects such as data acquisition,network transmission and fault diagnosis.The accuracy rate of data acquisition is above 99.7%,the end-to-end delay is less than 11.3 ms,and the accuracy rate of typical fault diagnosis is above 97.9%.The research results can provide a new technical path for the intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance of thermal power unit equipment.
