文章针对超超临界机组煤耗监测优化中存在的问题,提出了一种基于 5G通信技术的实时监测优化系统设计方案.该方案由数据采集、实时分析以及优化控制三大功能模块组成,可实现对锅炉燃烧参数的高频采集、智能分析以及闭环调节.系统利用5G网络的高速率、低时延特性,结合先进的信号处理、机器学习算法,搭建了从感知层到控制层的端到端闭环.通过高保真仿真实验,证明该系统在不同负荷工况下可使煤耗降低1.29%,较常规比例-积分-微分(Proportional-Integral-Derivative,PID)控制具有明显优势.
Real-time Monitoring and Optimization Design of Ultra-supercritical Unit Coal Consumption Based on 5G Communication
This paper proposes a real-time monitoring and optimization system using 5G communication technology to improve coal consumption monitoring for ultra-supercritical units.The system has three main parts:data collection,real-time analysis,and optimization control.It collects boiler combustion data frequently,analyzes it intelligently,and adjusts it in real time.Using 5G's high speed and low latency,along with advanced signal processing and machine learning,the system creates a closed-loop from sensing to control.High-fidelity simulations show that this system reduces coal consumption by 1.29%under different load conditions,outperforming traditional Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID)control.
