摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和能源需求的不断增长,传统的配电网已经逐渐暴露出诸多问题,智能化配电网作为一种新型的配电系统得到广泛关注和研究.文章论述智能化配电网、能源互联的概念和特点,以及配电网规划的基本原则,探讨智能化配电网规划的总体框架、建设流程以及能源互联网下智能化配电网的规划,以期实现电力系统的智能化监控、调度和运行,有效解决传统配电网存在的诸多问题.
Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous growth of energy demand,many problems have been gradually exposed in the traditional distribution network.As a new type of distribution system,intelligent distribution network has been widely concerned and studied.This paper discusses the concepts and characteristics of intelligent distribution network and energy interconnection,as well as the basic principles of distribution network planning,and discusses the overall framework and construction process of intelligent distribution network planning and the planning of intelligent distribution network under energy internet,in order to realize intelligent monitoring,dispatching and operation of power system and effectively solve many problems existing in traditional distribution network.
