基于PLC的通信网络数据安全传输技术研究

随着工业控制系统的广泛应用,可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)通信网络面临着数据传输安全的严峻挑战.为保障关键数据的机密性、完整性及可用性,文章提出一种基于PLC的通信网络数据安全传输技术方案.该方案综合应用加密技术、认证与访问控制机制以及异常检测技术,从数据、通信及行为 3 个层面构建立体化的安全防护体系.通过实验分析,验证了所提方案的有效性,为工业控制系统的安全防护提供了可行的技术路线和实践指引.
Research on Secure Data Transmission Technology for Communication Network Based on PLC
With the wide application of industrial control system,the communication network of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is facing the severe challenge of data transmission security.In order to ensure the confidentiality,integrity and availability of key data,this paper puts forward a technical scheme of secure data transmission in communication network based on PLC.The scheme comprehensively applies encryption technology,authentication and access control mechanism and anomaly detection technology to build a three-dimensional security protection system from three levels:data,communication and behavior.Through experimental analysis,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified,which provides feasible technical route and practical guidance for the safety protection of industrial control system.
