With the rapid development of power system and the maturity of cloud computing technology,the construction of intelligent distribution network operation and maintenance system based on cloud computing is conducive to improving the operation efficiency and management level of distribution network.This paper analyzes the definition and characteristics of cloud computing,and discusses in detail the design of intelligent distribution network operation and maintenance system based on cloud computing,including efficient data acquisition and communication module,powerful data analysis and processing module and intuitive operation and maintenance decision support module.The test results show that the system can effectively improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level of distribution network.
