LSTM在MIMO信道估计中的应用研究

多输入多输出(Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,MIMO)技术作为一种无线通信技术,能够显著提高带宽.为了进一步优化该方法的信道估计策略,研究了基于长短期记忆(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)模型的基本原理.为了提高LSTM的泛化能力,文章引入了Dropout方法对该方法进行优化,研究探讨了使用该方法进行MIMO信道估计的实现流程.最后,文章利用公开的MIMO数据集对设计方法进行了测试,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性.
Research on the Application of LSTM in MIMO Channel Estimation
Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)technology,as a wireless communication technology,can significantly improve bandwidth.In order to further optimize the channel estimation strategy of this method,studied the basic principles of the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)model.In order to improve the generalization ability of LSTM,this paper introduces the Dropout method to optimize this method,this study explores the implementation process of using this method for MIMO channel estimation.Finally,this article tested our method using publicly available MIMO datasets,and the experimental results verified the effectiveness of our method.
