Research on Intelligent Monitoring Technology of Numerical Control Machine Tools Based on 5G Communication
With the development of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent monitoring of numerical control machine tools faces challenges such as poor real-time performance and slow data transmission speed.Therefore,this paper proposes an intelligent monitoring technology for numerical control machine tools based on 5G communication.This technology uses the high speed and low delay characteristics of 5G communication,combined with advanced sensors,edge calculation and deep learning algorithm to realize real-time acquisition,rapid transmission and intelligent analysis of the running state of numerical control machine tools.The experimental results show that the technology has achieved excellent performance in data acquisition,transmission and fault prediction.The research shows that this technology provides an effective solution for intelligent monitoring of numerical control machine tools,and has the value of popularization and application.
