Fault Current Limit and Breaking Mechanism of the Hybrid High Voltage Direct Current Circuit Breaker
With the advantages of long-distance transmission and low loss,high voltage direct current technology plays an important role in the rapid development of power system and gradually becomes an important direction of power grid construction.However,the fault current limitation and interruption treatment in high voltage direct current system have been facing technical challenges.Hybrid high voltage direct current circuit breaker has shown its unique advantages in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system because of its fast response and efficient energy absorption ability.In this paper,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the basic composition,working principle and application of hybrid high voltage direct current circuit breaker in fault current limitation and breaking.
