基于大数据技术的电厂电气设备故障诊断系统研究

文章针对电厂电气设备故障诊断的需求,提出一种基于大数据技术的故障诊断系统.该系统包括实时数据传输、海量数据存储、分布式计算以及智能决策支持 4 个模块.通过采用光纤环网、分布式存储架构、Apache Spark计算框架以及图数据库等,实现设备运行数据的高效采集、存储和分析.实验结果表明,系统在数据压缩率、传输延迟、诊断准确率等方面均表现出良好性能,为电厂设备智能运维提供了有力支持.
Research on Fault Diagnosis System of Power Plant Electrical Equipment Based on Big Data Communication
This paper proposes a fault diagnosis system based on big data technology to meet the needs of fault diagnosis of electrical equipment in power plants.The system includes four modules:real-time data transmission,mass data storage,distributed computing and intelligent decision support.By adopting optical fiber ring network,distributed storage architecture,Apache Spark computing framework and graph database,the efficient collection,storage and analysis of equipment operation data are realized.The experimental results show that the system has good performance in data compression ratio,transmission delay and diagnosis accuracy,which provides strong support for intelligent operation and maintenance of power plant equipment.
