Abstract
Transformer testing plays a crucial role in ensuring the normal operation of transformers and the safety and stability of the power grid.However,transformer testing often encounters issues and faults such as abnormal internal sound,automatic tripping,abnormal oil level,gas protection failure,and winding faults.The article provides a detailed analysis of common problems and faults,and proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to provide practical troubleshooting and handling guidelines for transformer high-voltage testing,thereby ensuring the performance and safety of transformers.
