摘要

随着我国新农村建设步伐的加快,农村经济发展对电力的需求日益增加.然而,现有的农村电网普遍存在设备老化、线路损耗大、供电可靠性低等问题,严重制约农村地区的发展.特别是 10 kV及以下的电网存在覆盖范围广、用户分散等问题,改造升级的难度更大.基于此,提出农村电网改造升级方案,通过采取 10 kV线路新建及改造、配电变压器新建及更换、0.4 kV线路改造等措施,实现电网的现代化和可持续发展目标.

Abstract

With the acceleration of new rural construction in China,the demand for electricity in rural economic development is increasing day by day.However,the existing rural power grid generally has problems such as aging equipment,large line loss and low power supply reliability,which seriously restricts the development of rural areas.In particular,the power grid of 10 kV and below has problems such as wide coverage and scattered users,and it is more difficult to transform and upgrade.Based on this,the modernization and sustainable development goals of the power grid are realized by taking measures such as the construction and transformation of 10 kV lines,the construction and replacement of distribution transformers and the transformation of 0.4 kV lines.
