Test Method for Short-Distance Wireless Communication Data Transmission Based on BP Neural Network
The transmission task allocation of a single transmission node in different transmission channels is different, resulting in large error in the test results of frame loss in short-range wireless communication data transmission. To this end, research is conducted on frame loss testing methods for short-range wireless communication data transmission based on Back Propagation(BP)neural networks.Considering that the core elements affecting the data transmission status of short-range wireless communication are the perception range of the transmission node and the distance between the target point and the transmission node,a Boolean perception model is used to construct a short-range wireless communication perception model that includes complete perception(probability 1)or no perception(probability 0);In the phase of data transmission frame loss test,BP neural network is introduced, and the transmission task allocation of transmission nodes in different transmission channels is taken as the learning goal of the hidden layer around the nodes with a perception probability of 0 to comprehensively analyze the frame loss rate. The test results show that the proposed method is not significantly affected in different communication density testing scenarios, and the absolute error between the test results and the actual frame loss rate is only 0.01%.This method has high stability and accuracy.
