Research on Voltage Stability Analysis Methods and Control Technologies for Power System
Voltage stability can be classified into short-term voltage stability and long-term voltage stability.Short-term voltage stability involves the ability of the power system to respond to sudden disturbances within seconds to minutes, while long-term voltage stability focuses on the power system's ability to adapt to slowly changing loads or changes in grid structure over minutes to hours. If voltage stability is lacking,it can lead to widespread blackouts. Therefore, researching voltage stability analysis methods and control technologies is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of power systems.Traditional voltage stability analysis methods and control technologies have certain limitations when dealing with complex and changing power system operating environments. With the rapid development of power electronics technology, computer technology, and big data technology, new technologies are constantly emerging, providing new ideas and means for voltage stability research. This paper aims to systematically explore power system voltage stability analysis methods and control technologies, improve grid voltage stability through the design and implementation of optimization strategies, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of power systems.
