Design and Implementation of Power Cable Life Cycle Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things Communication
The article proposes a power cable lifecycle monitoring system based on IoT communication technology to address issues such as insulation aging and partial discharge of high-voltage cables in mining power supply systems.The system utilizes Low-Power Wide-Area Network(LPWAN)technology and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport(MQTT)protocol to monitor and remotely manage cable status in real-time.The experimental results show that the system has high measurement accuracy,accurate fault diagnosis capability,and high data integrity,which can effectively improve the level of cable operation and maintenance and ensure the safety of power supply in mining areas.
