Design and Application of Remote Substation Operation and Maintenance System Based on 5G Technology
This article analyzes the characteristics and advantages of 5G technology and designs an efficient and reliable remote operation and maintenance system for substations.The system adopts a layered architecture design,including the perception layer,network layer,platform layer,and application layer.Through hardware devices and intelligent software platforms,an efficient and reliable remote operation and maintenance system is built.Practical applications have shown that the remote operation and maintenance system for substations based on 5G technology fully utilizes the high-speed,low latency,and wide connectivity characteristics of 5G networks to achieve real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis,and remote control of substation equipment,significantly improving substation operation and maintenance efficiency,reducing labor costs,and enhancing power grid safety and stability.This research achievement provides new ideas for promoting intelligent operation and maintenance of substations,and is of great significance for building a safe,reliable,and efficient modern power grid.
