摘要

随着智能电网建设的快速推进,中压配电网通信网络规划面临诸多挑战.提出一种基于大数据分析的中压配电网通信网络协调规划系统,包括数据采集与处理、大数据分析与预测、协调规划决策支持 3 个功能模块.实验结果表明,该系统在负荷预测准确率、设备故障诊断准确率、通信需求预测偏差率等关键指标上均优于传统方法,有效提高了规划质量和效率.

Abstract

With the rapid development of smart grid construction,communication network planning of medium voltage distribution network faces many challenges.This paper presents a coordinated planning system of medium voltage distribution network based on big data analysis,which includes three functional modules:data acquisition and processing,big data analysis and prediction,coordinated planning and decision support.The experimental results show that the system is superior to the traditional method in load prediction accuracy,equipment fault diagnosis accuracy,communication demand prediction deviation rate and other key indicators,which effectively improves the planning quality and efficiency.
