Research on the Distributed Test System for Substation Relay Protection Based on 5G Communication Technology
With the expansion and complexity of power system,traditional relay protection testing methods can no longer meet the test requirements,and there are problems such as low efficiency and high cost.This paper designs a distributed test system for substation relay protection based on 5G communication technology,which makes full use of the high-speed and low-delay characteristics of 5G communication technology and adopts distributed architecture to realize accurate test of relay protection devices.The system consists of four functional modules:distributed data acquisition,data transmission,relay protection testing and test result analysis.The experimental results show that the system is superior to the traditional methods in test efficiency,data transmission rate,test accuracy and fault diagnosis accuracy,which provides a new technical path for substation relay protection testing.
