摘要

文章探讨了图像通信技术在高压电气设备温度监测中的应用,针对高压电气设备运行过程中温度异常引发的故障问题,设计一种基于红外热像仪和无线传输的温度监测系统.该系统能够采集高压设备表面的红外热图像,利用图像温度处理算法提取温度信息,再通过无线通信网络实时回传至监控中心.经过实际应用验证,该系统能够准确识别高压电气设备表面的温度分布,及时发现温度异常,为故障诊断与预防性维护提供可靠依据,具有良好的工程应用价值.

Abstract

The article explores the application of image communication technology in temperature monitoring of high-voltage electrical equipment,and designs a temperature monitoring system based on infrared thermography and wireless transmission to address the fault problems caused by abnormal temperature during the operation of high-voltage electrical equipment.The system is capable of collecting infrared thermal images of the surface of high-voltage equipment,extracting temperature information using image temperature processing algorithms,and then transmitting it back to the monitoring center in real-time through a wireless communication network.After practical application verification,the system can accurately identify the temperature distribution on the surface of high-voltage electrical equipment,timely detect temperature anomalies,provide reliable basis for fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance,and has good engineering application value.
