变电站电源模块的可靠性直接影响电力系统的安全稳定运行.文章设计了一套基于计算机通信的变电站电源模块监测系统,包括数据采集、通信传输以及异常报警 3 个核心模块.系统采用高级精简指令集计算机机器(Advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computer Machines,ARM)嵌入式技术和多传感器融合技术实现高精度数据采集,利用工业以太网和4G无线通信的混合方案保证数据传输的可靠性,并基于统计学习和时间序列分析构建异常检测模型.通过实验验证,结果表明该系统在数据采集精度、通信成功率、故障检测率等方面均显著优于传统人工巡检方式,为提高变电站电源模块的监测效率和可靠性提供了有效解决方案.
Research on Substation Power Module Monitoring System Based on Computer Communication
The reliability of substation power module directly affects the safe and stable operation of power system.This paper designs a monitoring system of substation power module based on computer communication,including three core modules:data acquisition,communication transmission and abnormal alarm.The system uses Advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computer Machines(ARM)embedded technology and multi-sensor fusion technology to achieve high-precision data acquisition,uses the hybrid scheme of industrial Ethernet and 4G wireless communication to ensure the reliability of data transmission,and builds an anomaly detection model based on statistical learning and time series analysis.Through the experimental verification,the results show that the system is significantly superior to the traditional manual inspection in data acquisition accuracy,communication success rate,fault detection rate and other aspects,which provides an effective solution for improving the monitoring efficiency and reliability of the substation power module.
