摘要

变电站发生越级跳闸会延长故障时间和扩大停电范围,引起了人们高度重视.文章从变电站运行方式、事故经过、事故分析以及事故处理等方面深入剖析一起110 kV变电站越级跳闸事故案例,得出直流系统维护欠缺是该次越级跳闸的根本原因.最后,提出直流系统的针对性维护措施,可有效避免故障时直流失电引起的越级跳闸事故.

Abstract

Overclass tripping in substations can prolong the fault time and expand the scope of power outages,which has attracted great attention.The article deeply analyzes a case of a 110 kV substation over level tripping accident from the aspects of substation operation mode,accident process,accident analysis,and accident handling,and concludes that the fundamental reason for the over level tripping was the lack of maintenance of the direct current system.Finally,targeted maintenance measures for the direct current system are proposed,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of over class tripping accidents caused by direct current power loss during faults.
