摘要

针对变电站二次设备检修效率低下的问题,提出一种基于光纤通信的状态检修系统.该系统利用光纤通信的高速、远距离传输优势,实现变电站内二次设备运行状态的实时监测、故障诊断、预测性维护.通过构建数据采集、数据处理、状态评估功能模块,系统可以准确识别设备异常工况,预测设备剩余寿命,为维护决策提供支持.

Abstract

Aiming at the low efficiency of secondary equipment maintenance in substation,a condition-based maintenance system based on optical fiber communication is proposed.The system takes advantage of high-speed and long-distance transmission of optical fiber communication to realize real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of secondary equipment in substation.By constructing functional modules of data acquisition,data processing and condition evaluation,the system can accurately identify abnormal working conditions of equipment,predict the remaining life of equipment and provide support for maintenance decision.
