在现代电力系统中,接地线至关重要.输电线路检修时,为确保安全,接地线必须安装在工作地段两端.若送电前未拆除接地线,可能导致带电合闸,威胁电网稳定性和人员、设备安全.传统接地线信息化管理不足,无法采集和传输安装位置和状态信息,也不能与调度系统数据互联,增加操作复杂性和风险.调度人员依赖现场汇报,存在操作不及时或疏忽的风险,可能导致接地线漏拆或漏报,影响系统安全.文章研究一种基于EC200U的智能接地线方案,通过信息化技术实现实时监控和管理.智能接地线可自动采集异常信号,并通过4G通信实现高效数据互联,在保证接地线接地的同时,保障工作人员安全.
Design of Intelligent Grounding Wire Device Based on EC200U
In modern power systems,grounding wires are crucial.During the maintenance of transmission lines,in order to ensure safety,grounding wires must be installed at both ends of the working area.If the grounding wire is not removed before power transmission,it may cause live closing,threatening the stability of the power grid and the safety of personnel and equipment.Traditional grounding wire information management is insufficient,unable to collect and transmit installation location and status information,and cannot be interconnected with dispatch system data,increasing operational complexity and risks.The dispatch personnel rely on on-site reporting,which poses a risk of untimely or negligent operation,which may result in missing grounding wires or false alarms,affecting system safety.The article studies an intelligent grounding wire scheme based on EC200U,which achieves real-time monitoring and management through information technology.The intelligent grounding wire can automatically collect abnormal signals and achieve efficient data interconnection through 4G communication,ensuring the grounding of the grounding wire while ensuring the safety of the staff.
