Design of Photovoltaic Power Generation System Connected to 10 kV Distribution Network
In order to solve the problems of equipment configuration, voltage exceeding limits,short-circuit current, and direct current injection faced by photovoltaic power generation systems when connected to 10 kV distribution networks, this article first conducts an overall design, mainly including scientifically and reasonably configuring photovoltaic power generation equipment, regulating the voltage exceeding limits when connected to the distribution network, etc;Secondly,a detailed response plan for photovoltaic power generation access was designed, including a voltage response plan for the distribution network,a short-circuit current response plan for the distribution network, and a direct current injection response plan; Finally,an access experiment was designed to compare the distribution network access based on source load coordination, the distributed power source access based on normalization index, and the method designed in this paper. The experimental results show that the photovoltaic power generation system access method proposed in this paper performs well in terms of network loss and network loss rate, with a reduction of about 70%in network loss and an average reduction of over 60%in network loss rate.Compared to the other two methods, this design comprehensively considers the actual operating conditions of the 10 kV distribution network and achieves more efficient integration of photovoltaic power generation systems through targeted measures.
