电力调度控制中心主要负责电力系统的运行调度和控制管理.为保障电力系统的安全高效运行,电力调度控制中心需具备一套高效安全稳定的通信系统,实现对全网调度机构、变电站以及电厂的运行数据的实时采集和监测.文章介绍了"两地三中心"的新型调度协同模式,通过分析现有电力调度控制中心通信系统建设过程中存在的矛盾,阐述通信系统"新建+搬迁"的建设模式,提出了通信系统设计新思路,为今后其他电力调度控制中心通信系统设计提供一定的参考.
Design and Analysis of Communication System in Power Dispatching Control Center
The power dispatching control center is mainly responsible for the operation scheduling and control management of the power system.In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the power system,the power dispatching control center needs to have an efficient,safe and stable communication system to realize real-time collection and monitoring of the operation data of the whole network dispatching institutions,substations and power plants.This paper introduces the new dispatching cooperation mode of"two places and three centers",analyzes the contradictions existing in the communication system construction process of the existing power dispatching control center,expounds the construction mode of"new construction+relocation"of the communication system,and puts forward a new idea of communication system design,which can provide some reference for the communication system design of other power dispatching control centers in the future.
