智能电网环境下新能源配电网调度优化系统设计

文章针对智能电网环境下新能源配电网调度优化问题,设计了一套多时间尺度滚动优化系统.该系统采用分层架构,决策层负责生成优化调度策略,控制层负责状态估计和控制执行,设备层负责采集数据和执行指令.在某地区10 kV配电网的实验结果表明,与传统调度方式相比,所提系统在新能源消纳率、运行成本、电压合格率、频率稳定性等方面均有显著改善,验证了其有效性.
Design of Dispatch Optimization System for New Energy Distribution Network in Smart Grid Environment
This paper focuses on optimizing the scheduling of new energy distribution networks in smart grids.A multi-time scale rolling optimization system is designed.The system has three layers.The decision layer creates optimized schedules.The control layer estimates states and executes controls.The equipment layer collects data and follows commands.Experiments on a 10 kV distribution network show that this system improves new energy use,lowers costs,and stabilizes voltage and frequency better than traditional methods.
