With the rapid development of communication network and the explosive growth of data volume,how to effectively manage and maintain these huge and complex network systems has become an important topic.This paper systematically introduces and analyzes the application of big data analysis technology in the operation of communication network,discusses the data pre-processing and analysis technology,studies the new direction of quality control and large-scale data processing,and through multiple practical application cases,real time performance monitoring,fault prediction management and resource allocation strategy,shows the actual effect and potential value of big data technology in improving the efficiency and accuracy of communication network operation.
