风电光伏大规模接入下电力系统频率稳定性分析与控制策略

随着可再生能源的快速发展,风电和光伏发电在电力系统中的接入比例显著提高,给电力系统的频率稳定性带来新的挑战.传统的频率控制策略难以完全应对风电和光伏发电的波动性和间歇性.文章分析风电和光伏发电的特性及其对电力系统频率稳定性的影响,提出一次调频、二次调频、三次调频、基于储能系统的频率调控策略及需求响应等调控策略,并通过实验方法验证其有效性,以期为保障风电和光伏大规模接入电力系统的频率稳定性提供理论依据和实践指导.
Research on the Impact of Wind Power And Photovoltaic Access on Power System Frequency Stability and Control Strategy
With the rapid development of renewable energy,the proportion of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the power system has increased significantly,which has brought new challenges to the frequency stability of the power system.The traditional frequency control strategy is difficult to fully cope with the fluctuation and intermittence of wind power and photovoltaic power generation.This paper analyzes the characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power generation and their influence on the frequency stability of power system,and puts forward the regulation strategies such as primary frequency modulation,secondary frequency modulation,tertiary frequency modulation,frequency regulation strategy based on energy storage system and demand response,and verifies their effectiveness through experimental methods,with a view to providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for ensuring the frequency stability of large-scale wind power and photovoltaic power system access.
