基于OTN技术的电力应急通信系统设计与实现

电力应急通信系统能够在突发事件中保障电力系统稳定运行.传统通信技术存在带宽低、延迟高等问题,难以满足现代电力系统的需求.为解决这些问题,提出一种基于光传送网(Optical Transport Network,OTN)技术的电力应急通信系统设计方案,借助OTN的高带宽和低延迟特性,实现电力设备的实时数据采集、传输、远程控制.实验结果表明,该系统显著加快了数据传输速度,能够有效支持电力系统的应急响应和调度管理.
Design and Implementation of Power Emergency Communication System Based on OTN Technology
Power emergency communication system can ensure the stable operation of power system in emergencies.The traditional communication technology has the problems of low bandwidth and high delay,and it is difficult to meet the needs of modern power system.In order to solve these problems,a design scheme of power emergency communication system based on Optical Transport Network(OTN)technology is proposed.With the high bandwidth and low delay characteristics of OTN,real-time data acquisition,transmission and remote control of power equipment are realized.The experimental results show that the system significantly accelerates the data transmission speed and can effectively support the emergency response and dispatching management of power system.
