摘要

文章设计了一套基于 5G通信技术的变电设备检修人机协同操作系统,旨在提高检修效率和安全性.系统通过 5G网络实现高清视频和音频的实时双向传输,结合高精度机器人和增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)智能眼镜,支持精细操作和实时信息交互.实验结果表明,该系统在 3 种典型变电设备检修场景下表现优异,显著提升了检修效率和定位精度,且未发生任何安全事件,验证了系统的实用性和可靠性.

Abstract

This paper designs a man-machine cooperative operating system for substation equipment maintenance based on 5G communication technology,aiming at improving the efficiency and safety of maintenance.The system realizes real-time bidirectional transmission of high-definition video and audio through 5G network,and combines high-precision robots and Augmented Reality(AR)smart glasses to support fine operation and real-time information interaction.The experimental results show that the system performs well in three typical substation equipment maintenance scenarios,which significantly improves the maintenance efficiency and positioning accuracy,and no security incidents have occurred,which verifies the practicability and reliability of the system.
