随着煤炭行业的现代化进程,矿井辅助运输机电系统面临着更高的安全性和效率要求.文章设计了一种基于5G的矿井辅助运输机电系统,包括安全管理、智能调度及远程控制3个核心模块.该系统充分利用5G的高速率、低时延以及大连接特性,实现了设备状态的实时监控、运输任务的智能优化以及设备的远程精准控制.实验结果表明,与传统4G系统相比,该系统在多项关键性能指标上均取得显著提升,为提高矿井运输安全性和效率提供了有效解决方案.
Design of Mine Auxiliary Transportation Electromechanical System Based on 5G
With the modernization process of the coal industry,the mine auxiliary transportation electromechanical system is facing higher requirements for safety and efficiency.The article proposes a 5G based mine auxiliary transportation electromechanical system,which includes three core modules:safety management,intelligent scheduling,and remote control.The system makes full use of the high speed,low delay and large connection characteristics of 5G to realize real-time monitoring of equipment status,intelligent optimization of transportation tasks and remote accurate control of equipment.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional 4G system,the system has achieved significant improvement in a number of key performance indicators,and provides an effective solution for improving the safety and efficiency of mine transportation.
