摘要

在光伏电站的发电过程中,由于太阳光的间歇性和不可预测性,如何保障电网频率的稳定性是一个重要问题.文章详细探讨了基于自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control,AGC)系统的光伏电站一次调频控制系统的设计方法.首先概述了AGC系统的工作原理和组成,其次提出一个针对光伏电站特定需求的一次调频控制系统设计方案,包括系统架构设计、数据收集与分析、控制算法与模型的开发以及系统稳定性与效率的评估,最后通过系统测试验证所提出设计的有效性与实用性.

Abstract

In the power generation process of photovoltaic power plants,ensuring the stability of grid frequency is an important issue due to the intermittency and unpredictability of sunlight.This paper discusses the design method of primary frequency modulation control system based on Automatic Generation Control(AGC)system.First,the working principle and composition of AGC system are summarized,and then a design scheme of primary FM control system for the specific needs of photovoltaic power station is proposed,including system architecture design,data collection and analysis,development of control algorithm and model,as well as the evaluation of system stability and efficiency.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed design are verified through system testing.
