摘要

为及时采取预防性维护措施,延长绝缘子的使用寿命,文章基于 5G设计了一种高压输电线路绝缘子在线监测方法,集成了数据采集模块、故障识别模块以及实时监控模块,利用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)算法精确识别绝缘子故障,并通过5G网络实现数据的实时传输与处理.实验结果表明,文章设计的方法在故障识别准确率、温度变化响应速度、振动监测精度等多个关键指标上显著优于传统监测方法,能够更高效、更可靠地保障高压输电系统的安全运行.

Abstract

In order to take preventive maintenance measures in a timely manner and extend the service life of insulators,this paper designs an online monitoring method for high-voltage transmission line insulators based on 5G.It integrates a data acquisition module,a fault recognition module,and a real-time monitoring module.Support Vector Machine(SVM)algorithm is used to accurately identify insulator faults,and real-time data transmission and processing are achieved through 5G network.The experimental results show that the method designed in this paper is significantly superior to traditional monitoring methods in multiple key indicators such as fault recognition accuracy,temperature change response speed,and vibration monitoring accuracy,and can more efficiently and reliably ensure the safe operation of high-voltage transmission systems.
