随着无人机技术的快速发展,对电源系统的性能要求日益提高.文章探讨基于氮化镓(GaN)功率器件的无人机电源设计方案.通过分析GaN功率器件的优异特性和无人机电源的特殊需求,提出一种新型电源系统设计,包括电池单元、功率转换单元及电源分配单元.实验结果表明,与传统硅基系统相比,GaN基系统在功率密度、转换效率及动态响应等关键指标上均显示出显著优势.研究结果不仅验证了基于GaN功率器件的无人机电源系统的优越性能,还为无人机电源系统的优化升级提供了新思路和实验依据,有望推动相关产业的快速发展.
Research on the Design of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Power Supply Based on Gallium Nitride Power Device
With the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle technology,the performance requirements of power system are increasing.This paper discusses the design of unmanned aerial vehicle power supply based on gallium nitride(GaN)power device.By analyzing the excellent characteristics of GaN power devices and the special needs of unmanned aerial vehicle power supply,a new power supply system design is proposed,including battery unit,power conversion unit and power distribution unit.The experimental results show that compared with traditional silicon-based systems,GAN-based systems show significant advantages in power density,conversion efficiency and dynamic response.The research results not only verify the superior performance of the unmanned aerial vehicle power system based on GaN power devices,but also provide a new idea and experimental basis for the optimization and upgrading of the unmanned aerial vehicle power system,which is expected to promote the rapid development of related industries.
