摘要

为提升光伏电站变压器的运行可靠性,文章提出一种基于射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术的故障检测系统.该系统通过集成RFID标签与多种传感器,实时监测变压器的温度、振动及油质等状态参数,并利用改进的支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)模型进行故障检测.实验结果表明,相较于基于传统反向传播(Back Propagation,BP)神经网络模型的故障检测系统,该系统能更准确、高效地识别变压器潜在故障,为光伏电站的安全稳定运行提供了有力的技术支持.

Abstract

In order to improve the operation reliability of photovoltaic power station transformers,this paper proposes a fault detection system based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology.By integrating RFID tags with various sensors,the system can monitor the state parameters of transformers such as temperature,vibration and oil quality in real time,and use the improved Support Vector Machine(SVM)model to detect faults.The experimental results show that compared with the fault detection system based on the traditional Back Propagation(BP)neural network model,the system can identify the potential faults of transformers more accurately and efficiently,which provides strong technical support for the safe and stable operation of photovoltaic power plants.
