基于5G通信的风电机组变桨系统可靠性动态评估方法

风电机组变桨系统是风电机组的关键部件,传统的变桨系统可靠性评估方法难以实现实时监控和动态评估.文章提出一种基于5G通信的风电机组变桨系统可靠性动态评估方法.该方法利用5G通信技术实现变桨系统海量监测数据的实时传输和处理,结合长短期记忆(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)网络和隐马尔可夫模型(Hidden Markov Model,HMM),建立了变桨系统的动态可靠性评估模型.实证研究结果表明,该方法在变桨系统健康状态评估和剩余寿命预测任务上均表现出优异性能,为风电场管理和维护决策提供了有力支持.
Reliability Dynamic Evaluation Method of Wind Turbine Variable Pitch System Based on 5G Communication
The variable pitch system of wind turbine is a key component of wind turbine.The traditional reliability evaluation method of variable pitch system is difficult to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic evaluation.This paper presents a dynamic reliability evaluation method of wind turbine variable pitch system based on 5G communication.In this method,5G communication technology is used to realize real-time transmission and processing of massive monitoring data of variable pitch system.Combined with Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network and Hidden Markov Model(HMM)model,a dynamic reliability evaluation model of variable pitch system is established.The empirical results show that the proposed method has excellent performance in both health status assessment and residual life prediction tasks of the variable pitch system,which provides strong support for wind farm management and maintenance decisions.
