基于5G通信技术的光伏微电网设备故障预警方法

随着光伏发电系统的广泛应用,设备故障预警成为保障系统可靠性的关键.提出一种基于 5G通信技术的光伏微电网设备故障预警方法.该方法充分利用5G通信技术的高速率、低时延特性,结合LSTM-SVM混合模型,实现了高效、准确的故障预警.通过在大型光伏电站进行对比实验,验证了该方法在预警准确率、召回率、F1 得分等多个指标上的显著优势.实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,本文方法明显延长了平均预警提前时间,大幅降低了误报率,为提高光伏微电网的可靠性和安全性提供了有效途径.
Fault Early Warning Method of Photovoltaic Microgrid Equipment Based on 5G Communication Technology
With the wide application of photovoltaic power generation system,equipment fault warning has become the key to ensure system reliability.Propose a fault warning method for photovoltaic microgrid equipment based on 5G communication technology.This method makes full use of the characteristics of 5G communication technology,such as high speed and low delay,and combines the LSTM-SVM hybrid model to realize efficient and accurate fault early warning.Through comparative experiments in large-scale photovoltaic power stations,the significant advantages of the method in warning accuracy,recall rate,F1 score and other indicators are verified.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method significantly prolongates the average early warning lead time and significantly reduces the false alarm rate,which provides an effective way to improve the reliability and security of photovoltaic microgrid.
