摘要

提出一种基于物联网的智能电动执行器自动化控制系统,以满足工业自动化对电动执行器更高效能的需求.该系统通过引入自适应动态规划和强化学习算法,结合多传感器融合技术,实现对执行器的精确控制和实时监测.实验平台的评估结果显示,系统在响应时间、控制精度以及网络吞吐量方面达到了工业标准.此外,轨迹跟踪测试表明,系统在多种运动条件下均表现出较高的精度.该系统有效增强了电动执行器的自动化控制能力,具备在复杂工业环境中的应用潜力.

Abstract

Propose an intelligent electric actuator automation control system based on the Internet of Things to meet the industry's demand for higher performance in electric actuators.The system achieves precise control and real-time monitoring of the actuator by introducing adaptive dynamic programming and reinforcement learning algorithms,combined with multi-sensor fusion technology.Experimental platform evaluation results show that the system meets industrial standards in terms of response time,control accuracy,and network throughput.Furthermore,trajectory tracking tests indicate that the system demonstrates high precision under various motion conditions.This system effectively enhances the automation control capabilities of electric actuators and possesses potential applications in complex industrial environments.
