基于PLC技术的变电站直流电源运行状态监测系统设计

为提升变电站直流电源系统的可靠性,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术的运行状态监测系统设计方案.该系统采用高精度传感器与高性能PLC采集与处理数据,并通过人机界面和通信模块实现故障诊断与远程控制.实验结果显示,系统能在不同故障条件下迅速检测并准确定位故障源,平均故障检测时间低于20 ms,定位精度超过95%,这表明所设计的系统能够有效保障变电站的稳定运行.
Design of Direct Current Power Supply Operation Status Monitoring System for Substation Based on PLC Technology
To enhance the reliability of the direct current power supply system in substations,this paper proposes a design scheme for an operation status monitoring system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology.The system employs high-precision sensors and high-performance PLC for data acquisition and processing,and realizes fault diagnosis and remote control through a human-machine interface and communication modules.Experimental results show that the system can quickly detect and accurately locate fault sources under various fault conditions,with an average fault detection time of less than 20 ms and a positioning accuracy exceeding 95%.This indicates that the designed system can effectively ensure the stable operation of substations.
