Analysis and Research on Fault Diagnosis of Optical Cable Terminal Boxes in Optical Fiber Communication Networks
As an important infrastructure of modern information transmission,the stability and reliability of optical fiber communication network are directly related to the overall performance of the network.As the key node of optical fiber network,the failure of optical fiber terminal box will not only lead to communication interruption,but also cause serious economic losses.By studying the common fault types and causes of optical cable terminal box,this paper discusses a variety of fault diagnosis technologies,including Optical Time Domain Reflectometer(OTDR),optical power monitoring technology and visual optical cable tester,in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
