随着工业 4。0 和智能制造的发展,工业机器人网络资源的高效调度成为关键挑战。提出一种基于 5G通信的工业机器人网络资源调度系统,充分利用5G通信的优势,实现资源的智能调度。该系统包括网络资源监控、任务分析、资源调度 3 个核心模块,其中资源调度模块采用深度强化学习方法,能够自适应优化调度策略。实验结果表明,该系统在平均任务完成时间、资源利用率、任务成功率及系统吞吐量等指标上均优于传统系统,为推动智能制造和工业4。0发展提供有力支撑。
Industrial Robot Network Resource Scheduling System Based on 5G Communication
With the development of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,the efficient scheduling of industrial robot network resources has become a key challenge.In this paper,an industrial robot network resource scheduling system based on 5G communication is proposed,which makes full use of the advantages of 5G communication and realizes the intelligent resource scheduling.The system consists of three core modules:network resource monitoring,task analysis and resource scheduling.The resource scheduling module adopts deep reinforcement learning method and can adapt and optimize scheduling strategy.The experimental results show that the system is superior to traditional system in average task completion time,resource utilization rate,task success rate and system throughput,which provides a strong support for promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
