摘要
针对火电厂安全仪表系统(Safety Instrumented System,SIS)数据处理需求高、实时性要求强、系统复杂性高问题,设计一种基于实时通信数据库的SIS基础系统.通过构建完善的数据采集模块、优化的实时通信数据库、高效的数据处理与展示模块,实现火电厂生产数据的实时监测、快速传输、智能分析.实验结果表明,该系统显著加快了数据处理的速度,提升了数据处理准确性和可视化效果,为火电厂的智能管理和高效运行提供了可靠的技术支持.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high data processing requirements,strong real-time requirements and high system complexity of Safety Instrumented System(SIS)in thermal power plants,a SIS basic system based on real-time communication database is designed.By constructing perfect data acquisition module,optimized real-time communication database and efficient data processing and display module,the real-time monitoring,rapid transmission and intelligent analysis of production data in thermal power plant can be realized.The experimental results show that the system significantly accelerates the speed of data processing,improves the accuracy and visualization effect of data processing,and provides reliable technical support for intelligent management and efficient operation of thermal power plants.
