摘要

水利信息化主要通过利用现代信息技术,对水资源的开发、利用、治理、配置、节约、保护等各个环节进行信息采集、传输、处理以及应用.网络通信平台作为水利信息化的基础支撑,构建质量直接影响到水利信息化的实施效果.提出了构建水利信息化网络通信平台的策略,通过设计平台架构与功能模块,旨在为水利行业打造一个高效、安全、智能化的信息化支持环境,从而推动水利行业的数字化转型与智能化升级.

Abstract

Water resources informatization involves the use of modern information technology to collect,transmit,process,and apply information in the water industry,in order to improve the efficiency and level of water management.As the basic support for water resources informatization,the construction quality of network communication platforms directly affects the implementation effect of water resources informatization.This paper proposes strategies for constructing a network communication platform for water resources informatization.By designing the platform architecture and functional modules,the aim is to create an efficient,secure,and intelligent information support environment for the water industry,thereby promoting the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the water industry.
