基于短波通信的变电站一次设备电网防污闪技术

由于变电站一次设备污闪问题严重威胁电网安全稳定运行,提出一种基于短波通信的变电站一次设备电网防污闪技术,综合运用数据采集与处理、短波通信网络传输以及支持向量机预警算法,构建了完整的防污闪技术体系.实验结果表明,该技术显著降低了污闪发生频率,提高了预警准确率和时效性,同时具有长期经济优势.这一技术的应用不仅提升了变电站的安全性和可靠性,而且为电网防污闪领域提供了新的技术路径,对推动智能电网建设具有重要意义.
Anti Pollution Flashover Technology for Primary Equipment in Substation Based on Shortwave Communication
Because the pollution flashover problem of primary equipment in substation seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of power grid,this paper puts forward an anti-pollution flashover technology of primary equipment in substation based on short-wave communication,and constructs a complete anti-pollution flashover technology system by comprehensively using data acquisition and processing,short-wave communication network transmission and support vector machine early warning algorithm.The experimental results show that this technology significantly reduces the frequency of pollution flashover,improves the accuracy and timeliness of early warning,and has long-term economic advantages.The application of this technology not only improves the safety and reliability of substation,but also provides a new technical path for the field of pollution flashover prevention in power grid,which is of great significance to promoting the construction of smart grid.
