随着清洁能源需求的增长,风力发电的准确预测变得至关重要.文章设计并实现了一种基于人工智能的风力发电预测模型.该模型采用多变量多步骤预测架构,结合数据预处理和特征工程方法,有效提高了预测精度.实验结果表明,所提出的模型在均方根误差、平均绝对误差、平均绝对百分比误差以及决定系数等指标上均优于传统方法,特别是在中高风速条件下表现突出.研究成果为风电场管理和电网调度提供了可靠的技术支持,对促进风电产业的可持续发展具有重要意义.
Design and Implementation of Wind Power Generation Prediction Model Based on Artificial Intelligence
With the increase of clean energy demand,accurate prediction of wind power generation becomes very important.This paper designs and implements a wind power generation forecasting model based on artificial intelligence.The model adopts multi-variable and multi-step prediction framework,and combines data preprocessing and feature engineering methods to effectively improve the prediction accuracy.The experimental results show that the proposed model is superior to the traditional methods in terms of root mean square error,average absolute error,average absolute percentage error and determination coefficient,especially in the condition of medium and high wind speed.The research results provide reliable technical support for wind farm management and power grid dispatching,which is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of wind power industry.
