AI Based Modeling Method for Power Line Carrier Communication Channel in Distribution Network
Power line carrier communication technology of distribution network uses power line to transmit data,which is one of the key technologies to realize smart grid management.As a communication medium,power line has unique channel characteristics,including the complexity of channel noise environment and the influence of different power grid topologies on channel characteristics.With the development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology,using AI for channel modeling,especially when dealing with complex systems and big data,shows great potential and advantages.By discussing the basic characteristics and modeling challenges of power line carrier communication channel in distribution network,the channel modeling method based on AI is introduced in detail,including data collection,preprocessing,feature extraction,selection of modeling parameters,and training and optimization of the model.Finally,a simulation experiment is designed to verify the advantages of AI modeling method in accuracy and efficiency,and provide technical support for the development of smart grid.
