Research on Fault Diagnosis Method of Coal Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Based on Wireless Communication
In view of the difficulties in fault diagnosis of electrical and mechanical equipment in coal mine,a diagnosis method based on wireless communication is proposed in this paper.Through multi-source data acquisition and preprocessing,wireless communication transmission network construction and fault diagnosis model based on multi-scale convolutional neural network and support vector machine,the method realizes real-time monitoring and accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical equipment faults in coal mine.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional wired communication diagnosis method,this method has remarkable improvement in diagnosis accuracy,false positive rate,false negative rate and diagnosis delay,which provides strong support for improving the level of coal mine safety production.
