基于无线通信的机电一体化设备运行状态监测研究

随着工业化进程的加速,机电一体化设备的可靠运行对生产效率至关重要.提出一种基于无线通信的机电一体化设备运行状态监测方法,利用无线传感器网络进行数据采集,通过ZigBee技术实现无线传输,并结合支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)和长短期记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)算法进行状态诊断分析.实验结果表明,与传统有线监测方法相比,该方法在数据传输可靠性、监测实时性以及故障诊断准确性等方面均具有显著优势,为提高机电一体化设备的运行可靠性和维护效率提供了新的解决方案.
Research on Monitoring the Operation Status of Mechatronics Equipment Based on Wireless Communication
With the acceleration of industrialization,the reliable operation of electromechanical integration equipment is very important to production efficiency.In this paper,a method of monitoring the operation state of mechatronics equipment based on wireless communication is proposed.The data is collected by wireless sensor network,and transmitted wirelessly by ZigBee technology.The state diagnosis and analysis are carried out by combining Support Vector Machine(SVM)and Long Short-Term Memory network(LSTM)algorithms.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional wired monitoring method,this method has obvious advantages in data transmission reliability,real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis accuracy,which provides a new solution for improving the operation reliability and maintenance efficiency of electromechanical integration equipment.
