基于大数据分析的高速公路通信设备故障预测方法研究

高速公路通信设备的可靠运行对交通安全至关重要,但传统故障管理方法效率低下.为解决该问题,提出一种基于大数据分析的高速公路通信设备故障预测方法.该方法利用物联网技术采集设备的全生命周期数据,通过特征工程提取关键信息,并构建基于多模型集成学习的预测模型.实验结果表明,该方法在准确率、召回率以及F1 分数等指标上均优于传统单一模型,为高速公路通信设备的智能化运维提供了新的思路和方法,对提高高速公路通信系统的可靠性和安全性具有重要意义.
Research on Fault Prediction Method of Communication Equipment on Highways Based on Big Data Analysis
The reliable operation of highway communication equipment is very important to traffic safety,but the traditional fault management method is inefficient.In order to solve this problem,a fault prediction method of expressway communication equipment based on big data analysis is proposed.This method uses the Internet of Things technology to collect the whole life cycle data of equipment,extracts the key information through feature engineering,and constructs the multi-model integrated learning prediction model.The experimental results show that this method is superior to the traditional single model in accuracy,recall rate and F1 score,which provides a new idea and method for the intelligent operation and maintenance of highway communication equipment,and is of great significance to improve the reliability and safety of highway communication system.
